The Aviation Authority completed its 2023 Strategic Plan with the intent to answer that question. An internal Steering Committee - composed of team members representing a cross section of our organization - led the planning process and provided guidance, direction, and oversight in the development of this plan. Their approach was centered on a commitment to understand the perspectives of internal and external stakeholders and incorporate feedback to help articulate our mission, craft our vision, and champion the very document you are reading.
